60 Minute Follow-Up Health Consultation

Service Description

This session is a perfect complement for someone who has done the 90-minute Wellness session and wants to have follow up. We will discuss how the plan has been implemented. Successes and challenges! This includes a follow up written plan with any changes that were made during this session. This session can be done in-person at my home office in Minnetonka, MN between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, or Friday's between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you book a session after 4:00 p.m., it will be held virtually over zoom.
